The Victory Amplification Sheriff 22 is a two channel, 22 watts, all valve, small and lightweight 'lunchbox' amp head that produces classic British overdrive for anything from 1960s style blues rock to 70s and 80s heavy rock and beyond.

Input I/Volume I (channel one) gives a mid 60s-style feel and response, with a softer more 'vintage' midrange focus, plenty of overdrive if you want it but cleans up well off the guitar's volume. Input/Volume II (channel two) takes off into hot-rodded 70s and 80s territory and beyond, more gain, more punching mids and a tighter bottom end while retaining that classic British 'plexi' sound all the way (the volume controls for each channel effectively set the gain, the channels are foot switchable when the footswitch is plugged in to input I and your guitar plugged in to input II). Controlling the overall output is a post phase splitter master volume control. In addition to the three band EQ is a presence control, covering a different part of the high frequency response of your amplifier than the treble control, it helps you tame or perhaps enliven your tone depending on your environment. The Sheriff 22 has an internal power soak with its own speaker output at just 0.3 watts, which means real cranked tone at bedroom levels.

Rounding off the amplifier is a series effects loop (with a true bypass switch to take it completely out the circuit if you wish), a 16 ohms and two 8 ohms speaker outputs and an external bias adjustment which makes changing the fixed bias dual EL84s a breeze, so the Victory Sheriff 22 packs a lot in to a small box, and coming with a padded carry bag It'll even travel as hand luggage when you fly.
