This Hosco Pickup Cover is in the vintage Fender Jazz / Precision Bass Style. These metal pickup covers are installed over the strings as well as the pickup and were originally designed to provide extra shielding for the pickups, this turned out to not be very effective but the covers have remained popular ever since for providing vintage looks to modern basses. Please note these covers are not wide enough to cover modern split coil P Bass pickups. Mounting screws included.
