The Gotoh VK3 is a high quality and classy dome shaped control knob that is slightly shorter than normal dome knobs (16.4 mm tall). These could be used mixed with taller knobs to give a subtle visual cue to what the knob controls (tall knobs for volume, short for tone etc.) or you can swap all the knobs to this shorter style to help keep them out the way if you strum and pick hard. The VK3 knobs have an all metal construction with a knurled edge to give grip and a set screw to tighten it onto the control potentiometer. The dome knob fits all split shaft potentiometers and 6 mm metric solid shaft potentiometers, to use with split shaft pots simply line up the set screw with the split in the shaft and tighten the set screw.
