Description
This set of 3 x 3 Gotoh SE780 tuners have the classy traditional design found on a lot of Martin guitars (similar to Grover Sta-Tite or Waverly tuners). The press fit bushing fits a 11/32" hole (8.8mm) in the headstock to secure the string post. The 'Rock-Solid' string post improves the tuning stability of the tuner and stays strong during bending, special elastic parts eliminate any rattle in the post and transmission of string vibration to the instrument is maximised.

Precise and Firm Tuners
I used these tuners to replace the ones on my Yamaha FS3 Acoustic guitar. The stock tuners had a lot of play in them which meant I was constantly re-tuning (by small increments). The Gotoh SE780's were fitted by a luthier since the bushings are smaller than the post holes on the headstock but it was well worth it. The gear ratio is 1:15 but don't let that put you off, they work perfectly, a higher gear ratio won't necesserily mean more accurate tuning if the quality of materials is not good. These tuners are firm and precise, they look cute too! No more tuning problems. Top quality. ps. Excellent customer service from GluedtoMusic.

Brilliant tuners
Bought these tuners as replacements on a 1967 Gibson J45 as the original tuners gears (not 3 on a side) had worn considerably and it was difficult to get the guitar to remain in tune. With these tuners installed the problem has been solved and cosmetically they are also a reasonable match to the originals.
