No need to pay more
Works with the reliability expected from Hosco. Ideal for normal folks doing their own mini guitar family every as and when. If you're a Toober banging out videos every week recrowning a few score stainless steel frets every day, I'd say in that case go diamond- encrusted!

Package came but no item inside. No response to my emails
Package came without item inside. Looks like it fell out or was stolen. Not the company's fault. But having sent 3 emails and a social media message over the past week, I have had no response from them. Very poor service. And still no idea if I will get the item or a refund

Good Quality For The Price
You don't have to spend a fortune on very expensive diamond crowning files unless you are levelling and recrowning frets on a daily basis. This file does the job well for people that like to do their own fretwork at home on a less frequent basis than a technician.
