Description

The Fender Level Set Buffer Pedal allows you to quickly and easily manage the volume of your signal chain to balance guitar changes effectively and provides a buffer, tuner output and other useful utilities.

From single coil to humbucking pickups the output varies, potentially causing a nightmare when it comes to dialling in your tone with multiple guitars through the same rig, you can manage this through the pedals Level control which offers 12 dB of volume boost or cut (the centre is unity gain). The Hi-Freq control affects the very high frequencies, this allows you to add a little sparkle to darker pickups or to warm up overly bright pickups. The Load switch applies capacitance to the input and loads guitar pickups in the same way that a traditional tube amp might to change their response (a subtle effect that will differ depending on the type of pickups, instrument volume pot value and setting and cables).

If you're using one guitar through a complex pedalboard your signal strength can also suffer due to cable capacitance, the Fender Level Set Buffer Pedal is designed to be placed first in the signal chain and the buffer helps maintain signal quality through the rest of your chain. The pedal also features a separate independent tuner output that lets your tuner be always on without degrading your tone in any way (the tuner output is always active meaning that tuning can be done mid performance without having to mute the signal if required). LED lit knobs make viewing the current settings very easy in a dark environment (switchable on/off), a magnetically latched battery door at the front of the pedal makes changing batteries super quick, no screwdriver required, and a low battery indicator LED on the front of the door lights up to show when the battery needs replacing.
