This official Fender 9 Pin 1/4" Stereo Amp Jack was used on Pro 185, Princeton Chorus, Rad, Jam, X-15, BXR series, Stage 112SE, Ultimate Chorus, Roc Pro series, Performer series, Champion 110, Bullet Series, Blues Deluxe/DeVille, original Hot Rod Deluxe/DeVille, KXR Series, Princeton 112+, Deluxe 112+ and Automatic GT guitar amplifiers between 1988 to 1999. The replacement jack comes with mounting hardware included.
