This official Fender Prewired Stratocaster Pickguard with Tex-Mex Pickups makes changing your pickups a complete breeze, the pickups, pots and switch come mounted to the scratchplate and the electronic components have been soldered together for quick and easy mounting. To finish installation simply remove your old guard, solder the hot and circuit ground from the new kit to the existing output jack and solder the trem claw ground wire and screw in the electronics cavity ground wire and that's it, mount the new guard and you're ready to rock with pure Fender sound.
