The TonePros T1Z Tailpiece features their trademark locking posts with metric threads that fit most import guitars without modification. Set screws in the tailpiece body lock it to the height adjustment posts which improves vibration transfer, eliminates rattles and removes any chance of the tailpiece falling off during string changes or the height adjustment accidentally being changed. If you are upgrading parts on a metric 'import' guitar (Epiphone, Schecter, ESP LTD etc), the 8 mm posts/studs supplied will screw directly in to the vast majority of existing tailpiece body anchors/bushings, for imperial USA guitars (e.g. a Gibson Les Paul) we stock the TonePros T1ZS as a separate item.
