This Hosco Dual 500K Pan Mini Potentiometer can be used to blend the signal from two guitar pickups, panning from one to the other. The mini size is useful for fitting in smaller or cramped control cavities and these have metric coarse 18 spline knob mounting, the metric size is commonly found on guitars made in Japan and East Asia (Epiphone, Squier, Ibanez, Schecter, PRS SE etc.), to use metric knobs that have a set screw simply line up the set screw with the split in the shaft and tighten the screw. Mounting hardware is included (these pots may have a locator tab on the top side of the pot, clip this off before fitting). Please note these have a 7 mm threaded shaft which is slightly smaller than the usual 8 mm shaft on metric potentiometers.
