Description
This CTS 250K Audio Taper Solid Short Shaft Potentiometer is great for Telecasters and the 250K Ohms resistance gives a warmer tone than 500K pots and is traditionally used with single coil pickups.
CTS potentiometers are renowned for their high quality and are widely used as controls for guitar electronics. The imperial threaded short shaft is useful when mounting to scratchplates or control plates (Stratocasters, Telecasters etc.) to ensure the knobs do not sit too high above the body, both the threaded shaft and knob mounting shaft are made from durable brass and has a 1/4" (6.35 mm) solid shaft for mounting imperial sized knobs with set screws.
