Description
This 0.001 uF Ceramic Capacitor can be used for adding a treble bleed mod to your guitar's volume potentiometer to keep your tone intact when using the volume control.
Volume pots can take away a lot of high end frequencies from your sound when turned down producing a muddy tone, adding a capacitor to the input and output of the volume pot will preserve these high frequencies. We also stock 150 kohms resistors as a separate item that can be wired in parallel with the capacitor to preserve the low end frequencies as the volume control is turned down.
