The pickup adds warmth, clarity and increases the tonal range over a stock Rickenbacker neck pickup, they use two ceramic magnets and special windings to achieve this boost, the pickup is also slightly hotter than the originals. The pickup features a nickel silver cover, a four conductor hookup wire to give you access to parallel and split wiring options for added versatility and is wax potted for squeal free operation.
