Description
This official Gibson 57 Classic Underwound Humbucker Pickup is a PAF style humbucker that has balanced coils and delivers all the vintage vibe and character of the regular '57 Classic in an under wound version to give clear, chimey tone with more defined overtones and harmonics.
The '57 Classic Underwound is wax potted to remove all internal air space, reducing any chance of microphonic feedback. It has a shielded single conductor push back braided hookup wire and as a salute to the original PAF pickups, it has the 'patent applied for' sticker on the underside of the pickup.
