This Hosco Unbleached Bone Gibson Style Compensated Acoustic Saddle is a great option to replace or upgrade Gibson or similar size acoustic guitar saddles, it has a compensated notch for the B string to help improve intonation. Bone is the traditional material used for nuts and saddles and these are unbleached bone which is harder than bleached making it ideal as a saddle material, shaping is more precise on the harder material and there's better transfer between the strings and the soundboard.

Just the job
This was the perfect replacement for the weedy thin plastic saddle fitted by my guitar’s previous owner. The dimensions were perfect and the bone was smooth and stable under filing.
By the way, excellent service. Ordered on Monday afternoon and it arrived Tuesday lunchtime (by second class post!)
A word to the wise - it takes some effort, skill and diligence to file a bone saddle to size. If you’re an amateur (like me) then check YouTube first. You might prefer to pay a professional.
