This Bigsby Compensated Archtop Guitar Bridge has a radius bottom base with a compensated saddle for more accurate intonation (the compensation pattern is for a wound G string). The bridge is cast from aluminium and polished (no plating), the height of the saddle is adjusted via the thumbwheels and the saddle is unslotted, the bottom of the saddle is slightly rounded to allow it to rock back and forth on the posts with tremolo use and then come back to the centre and return the strings to the correct pitch. These bridges are used on Gretsch solid and hollow body guitars.

Please note the photo shows a compensation pattern for a plain G but the stock we are receiving is compensated for a wound G.
