The official Ibanez Lo-Pro Edge Double Locking Tremolo is their take on the Floyd Rose Original and it is considered one of the best tremolos of all time. Originally used in the '90s on high end Japanese models it was eventually discontinued in the early 2000s only to be brough back by popular demand in 2010, it is once again featured on many of their modern top of the line Japanese made guitars like the RG and S models from their Prestige and J Custom series.

Ultimate tuning stability is created by combining the locking saddles and fine tuners on this bridge with a locking nut (not included) and this is enhanced by the famous locking pivot studs. Once the height of the pivot post is set for your desired action you can insert a 1.5 mm Allen key/hex wrench into the post to tighten a smaller screw inside the post, this smaller screw extends out the bottom of the post to push against the bottom of the body bushing which locks the two parts together. The low profile fine tuner adjustment area and flat top saddles provide great hand comfort while playing, the tremolo arm pushes in rather than screwing for quick and easy removal and features two torque bushings to keep the arm in the desired playing position. The 31 mm deep sustain block ensure universal fit and maximum tremolo range and it comes with the following installation hardware: locking studs and bushings, tremolo arm, tremolo block spring lock bar, springs, spring claw and screws.
