Learning to build pedals can be a daunting task, fortunately CopperSound have designed the circuit, made the PCB and selected the best components so you get started quickly and easily and have fun building something straight away. They also have very comprehensive but simple to follow step by step build guides for each pedal type available on their website. This isn't just the electrical components though, the kit comes with a pre-drilled enclosure to house the circuit in so it can be played like any other premade pedal, paint the enclosure any colour you want or apply decals or other decorations to suit your style, there's also a face plate for the front of the enclosure that labels all the controls and jacks and it even comes with the knobs to control the potentiometers as well. This is a fantastic project with all the parts designed to be just as high quality as CopperSound's premade pedals. No tools, solder or finishing supplies (paint etc.) are included.
