The Keeley Electronics Blues Disorder Blues Breaker & OCD Style Overdrive and Distortion Pedal combines two completely different analogue overdrive and distortion circuits to create four different drives in one small box.

Keeley designed the Blues Disorder with two switches that allow you to separate the tone control from the dual clipping section, facilitating a quick transition between the four analogue effects. It gives you the option to swap from the voices of a more transparent cleaner overdriven amp tone to the thicker hard distortion of an amp at full blast (while saving your ears). By mixing and matching the Tone and Drive switches you get two hybrid sounds, resulting in the four unique effects. With both switches up it’s a smooth, soft clipping bluesy breaker effect, giving you a low gain, soft clipping overdrive. With both switches down it’s a fuller sounding, hard clipping OC Distortion. Featuring two complete analogue drive circuits and a simple three knob layout, this pedal is a versatile, no hassle, driving tone machine.

A drive knob controls the amount of overdrive effect introduced and the Tone knob adjusts the EQ structure of the pedal. The Level knob controls the overall output level of affected tone, allowing you to reduce volume for bedroom play, boost volume for solos, or to balance with your original output level, thus introducing the effect without major changes in perceived volume for smoother textural transitions.

You can also switch easily between buffered or true bypass to best suit your rig. Having the buffer will make your rig sound strong and clear even when the pedal is off. If you want to turn on true bypass, simply press and hold the foot switch for two seconds and the LED will blink twice to confirm (three blinks is off).
