This Keeley Electronics Octa Psi Polyphonic Octave Fuzz Pedal combines a powerful pitch-shifter, octave generator and analogue fuzz into one intuitive pedal.

Housed in a proprietary angled aluminium enclosure for simplicity and durability, this sleek black box boasts three excellent depth adding effects in one. All effects can be tweaked further via multi-functional controls and saved for quick recall using its multi-function switches, jacks and knobs. A top mounted in/out design helps you keep a compact pedalboard layout. The jacks are also TRS, giving you the option to remotely control, chain multiple effects together and change the effects chain order. True bypass or silent buffered bypass modes are selectable to let you introduce the pedal as needed in various pedalboard/rig layouts. With a huge number of parameters to tweak, a factory reset mode gives you the option to swiftly return to factory default settings, allowing you to compare available possibilities. The effects are introduced using two footswitches.

The left switch engages the polyphonic pitch shifter effect, which extends your guitar’s range by plus or minus two octaves and allows you to add nearly every harmonic interval into the mix. This effect adds a wild heaviness to your guitar tone. There are three pitch shifting modes (Up/Dual/Down) for multiple octaves, various intervals, chords, and even chorus modulation. The pedal boasts low latency for fast tracking for great tone in dropped tunings, or even during wild bends. It is switchable between an all wet or a wet dry blend, with a double tap function hidden in the Blend control knob. Choose between momentary or latching modes for the Octave and pitch shifter by holding down the Fuzz stomp switch, LED lights will flash to confirm your selection. You can adjust the ramp speed of the pitch shifter by holding the Octave switch down and adjusting the Blend.

The right switch is an all analogue (transistor based) fuzz circuit effect, which delivers incredible sounds, with wave after wave of gain staging, leading to hard clipping. With the Tone switch you can create the perfect fuzz tone with Scoop, Punch, or Psi mode which further add layers of detail to your guitar signal.
