The Keeley Electronics Caverns V2 Delay & Reverb Pedal offers an impressive range of delay and reverb effects in a small package, making it perfect for smaller pedalboards or for squeezing in a lot of effect for very little real estate.

This second version of the Caverns pedal gives you Keeley’s most popular time based effects blended into one unit. It features analogue style tape delay with modulation options and the 650 ms of warm delay combine with your selection of spring, shimmer or modulated reverb. It has been designed, and fine tuned for over two years to ensure the most logical layout to accomplish the wide range of tones it offers. This pedal allows you to manipulate multiple effects and parameters simply, enabling you to create more complex sonic textures.

TRS style jack inputs allow you to chain multiple effects together and their top mounted design ensures a compact pedalboard layout. An internal switch for true bypass or trails option gives you freedom to create huge caverns of sounds and lets them ring out even after you turn the pedal off. The carefully engineered buffered signal retains your tone and feeds your amplifier a full strength signal.

The pedal is split into two blendable sides, reverb and delay, helping you cover maximum sonic ground while syncing the time and rate (something much harder to achieve when using separate pedals.) The Reverb side of the pedal features three cavernous sounds:

• Spring Mode, Blackface Amp style spring reverb with F Style Tremolo, a perfect baseline for any guitar player • Modulation Mode, Choral modulation to the reverb for a huge, cavernous like sound • Shimmer Mode, Reverb with emphasis on octave jump voices in the reverb trails; an essential tone of modern ambient playing

The Delay side of the pedal incorporates:

• Keeley’s popular Magnetic Echo circuit, which is designed to emulate vintage analogue tape delay tone.
• Three way switchable modulation, giving you options for adding Wow and Flutter to the repeats. Perfectly voiced echoes sit well in the mix, either clean or with distortion.
