When used on other instruments, it can be thought of as for low output or high output pickups. Their new blend control knob enables you to dial in and retain the desired peaks in your playing and ensures proper phasing of your guitar signal. The level knob adjusts gain lost to compression or can be used to significantly boost your signal. There is a footswitch and it is true bypass, but we doubt you'll ever want to turn this effect off.
