This Titebond Extend Wood Glue is a slower setting version of their popular Original Wood Glue.

It offers superior performance in a broad range of interior applications, including edge and face gluing. It is particularly useful in complex operations such as curved railings and other assemblies that require more time to align. This glue develops a bond stronger than wood itself, it sands easily when dry and is unaffected by finishes. It has excellent heat resistance. It is compatible with all common species of wood, as well as particleboard, MDF, plywood and other porous materials. Please note, it is not for structural or load bearing applications and due to its lower creep resistance can’t be used for guitar building (we sell Titebond Original Wood Glue in various sizes, which is the industry standard for guitar building). Easily spread with a roller spreader or brush, it can also be transferred to plastic bottles for finer gluing applications.
