Titebond III Ultimate Wood Glue is the first one part, wet clean up wood glue that is proven waterproof, it also boasts a longer assembly time making it easy to work with.
The waterproof formula passes the ANSI/HPVA Type I water resistance specification and offers you a superior bond strength and a lower application temperature. Due to its longer open assembly time you will have more time to mate and clamp parts, making it a joy to work with. It is solvent free, cleans up easily with water when wet and is safer to use than traditional waterproof wood glues. It provides you a strong initial tack, sands easily when dry without softening and is FDA approved for indirect food contact when cured (cutting boards, kitchen surfaces, etc). It is ideal for outside applications because when fully cured, is completely waterproof. Made in the USA. Please note, it is not for structural or load bearing applications and due to its lower creep resistance can’t be used for guitar building (we sell Titebond Original Wood Glue in various sizes, which is the industry standard for guitar building).
Avoid time consuming mistakes and failure due to wetness with this forgiving and hard wearing waterproof wood glue.
