This Gotoh String Post Locking Cap for their automatic MG Magnum Locking system allows you to select the correct one for your string size or replace lost or damaged caps.

A standard set of 3 x 3 Gotoh SD90 Magnum Locking Tuners has caps with 1.8 mm holes for the E,A,D strings (which allows up to a 0.070 gauge string) and caps with 1.2 mm holes for the G,B,e strings (which allows up to a 0.047 gauge string) and are configured for a right handed guitar, if you want to install SD90 tuners on a left handed guitar you may wish to order large hole caps to replace the small hole caps that will be where you need to install the bass strings (generally this is not necessary if you use 9-42 or 10-46 gauge strings but if you use 11s or above the low E string will not fit through the 1.2 mm hole in the locking cap). Due to the way the MG auto locking system works you cannot simply swap the pre-installed Low E to a the high e locking cap on a 3 x 3 headstock as the direction of the cap screw thread is different for each side. These will also fit SD91 or any Gotoh tuner with the standard MG automatic Magnum Locking system, they will not fit the double speed MG system on 510 series tuners (and are not used on thumbwheel locking MGT Traditional Magnum Locking tuners).

For a left handed guitar to completely swap the caps you will need to order three anticlockwise/left handed caps with 1.8 mm holes (for your E,A,D bass strings) and three clockwise/right handed caps with 1.2 mm holes (G,B,e treble strings). Looking at the front of the headstock with it vertically in front of you, any tuner of the left side of the headstock needs a clockwise/right handed cap and any tuner of the right side of the headstock needs a anticlockwise/left handed cap
