The tapered design allows for a great fit in most sound holes (100 mm diameter), while the insert material is safe for your guitar’s finish. The Plug greatly reduces the amount of sound re-entering your acoustic guitar sound hole, thus stopping most feedback issues. Simply insert the Sound Hole Cover into your acoustic's sound hole (underneath the strings when it's strung up) and enjoy a feedback free performance. Please note, if your guitar has an internal pickup with thumbwheel controls immediately inside the sound hole, this plug may need slight modification for it to fit well. The insert material is easy to reshape slightly to accommodate.
